As a SAGARSEN account holder you may submit Content to the Service such as user comments, chats, discussions and blogs. You understand that SAGARSEN does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any Content you submit.
You shall be solely responsible for your own Content and the consequences of submitting and publishing your Content on the Service. By submitting Content to SAGARSEN, you hereby grant SAGARSEN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, publish, adapt, make available online or electronically transmit, and perform the Content in connection with the Service and SAGARSEN’s (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. Account Termination Policy
SAGARSEN may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
SAGARSEN will terminate a user's access to the Service if, under appropriate circumstances, the user is determined to be a repeat infringer.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Serviceshall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
You agree that the Service shall be deemed a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over SAGARSEN, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than Kolkata, West Bengal.
In addition, for any dispute arising out of or related to the Service, the parties consent to personal jurisdiction in, and exclusive venue of, the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Waiver

OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
